OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

SHIPPING POLICY

Divine Lux Candle Company, LLC accepts orders 24/7. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship. During special promotions, shipping times may increase to 7-10 business days due to the increased volume of orders. Your order can be sent through a variety of carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL from Mansfield, Texas. 

 

SHIPPING RATES

Enjoy free shipping on your orders $125 and up except during special promotions. Most shipping carrier rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Shipping fees will determine how your package will be sent. 

 

For international orders, your order has a higher likelihood of being shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or DHL. 

 

Transit times vary per state but typical domestic (U.S) delivery is within 2-3   business days. During the busy/Fall/Holiday season and especially during unforeseen national emergencies, carriers may experience delays that are out of our control. 

 

International orders please expect a small delay with tracking as carriers thoroughly inspect packages prior to moving them through transit. 

 

For APO or FPO addresses, please expect a delay. This mail is delivered through a joint effort between carriers and the Military Postal Service that requires packages to go through customs. Transit times depend on operational conditions as well as the unit of the addressee. Please triple check your address prior to placing your order. 

 

DAMAGED PACKAGE

These are handmade items that we are careful to package but sometimes transit is rough. It happens. While we are not responsible for carrier package handling, we work with you to remedy the situation and replace your damaged items by filing the appropriate carrier claims. Photographs showing the extent of damage will help immensely. Please email proof to info@divindluxcandlecompany.com

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but appear to have been stolen. Please contact your local carriers and request a hold for pickup if you are experiencing theft or have concerns and will be away from your home during delivery. Most carriers offer this courtesy free of charge. It has been our experience that during peak season carriers do not respond to notes left in mailboxes requesting door service. 

 

Please make arrangements to contact the shipping carrier within 24 - 48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but do not receive the package. 

 

There are instances where a carrier will hold a package. Please check with your local delivery service to see if they are actually holding your package for pickup. Unfortunately, if this happens some carriers like USPS will not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft. 

 

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If you’ve provided the wrong ship to address please attempt to intercept the package by contacting the carrier directly. 

 

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please email us immediately once you discover the wrong address has been provided. We can edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship but during peak shipping season, it’s impossible to intercept a package. 

 

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it’s marked as not deliverable or return to sender. In most cases, packages returned to sender do not return to us in a timely manner and often deliver with damaged products due to the extended transit. Your order will be refunded minus shipping fees associated with the attempt to ship your package provided the item is not damaged. Damaged products will not be replaced without additional fees.

RETURN POLICY

 

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately to discuss an exchange or return. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

RETURNS: To return an item, please email customer service at info@divineluxcandlecompany.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments during the return process.

 

REFUNDS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange excluding holidays. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
